NT3 LET FOR ASHTENNE FUND

Unit 18E Lake Enterprise Park has been let to Furnifix, a local expanding company, by NT3.  Partner Chris Noble said the lettiing went smoothly, with Leeds-based Ashtenne Investment Fund providing their standard easy-access agreements for a speedy deal.  Unit 18E offers a samll and useful unit of 449 sq ft unit on an important business development park on Sutton Fields.
